Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the 1ball platform, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding between you and 1ball.
These Terms apply to users located in Bangladesh. The platform is not available to anyone under the age of 18. By completing registration, you confirm that you are of legal adult age.
1ball reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via your registered email.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Creation & Security
To open an account with 1ball, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false or misleading information will be terminated immediately.
- Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 1ball immediately.
- A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
For security purposes, 1ball may conduct account verification at any time. Failure to pass verification may result in temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users on the 1ball platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating an account through fraudulent activities, bots, or automated software.
- Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking activities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
- Attempting to identify or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Operating an account on behalf of, or in assistance of, a minor.
In the event of a breach of the platform's rules of use, 1ball reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice, and may also pursue legal action.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 1ball platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits will only be accepted through the registered account. Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 1–5 business days to process.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
- In cases of suspicious transactions, 1ball may temporarily suspend an account to conduct an investigation.
- Separate terms and conditions may apply to bonus or promotional balances.
- Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfers are among the supported payment methods.
If an erroneous transaction occurs due to a technical error, 1ball reserves the right to correct it. Users must report any transaction-related issues to our support team immediately.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content on the 1ball platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other media — is the exclusive property of 1ball and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- The platform may contain third-party services or links. 1ball is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of any such third parties.
- Upon accessing a third-party website, the terms and conditions of that website will apply.
- By submitting any content to the platform, you are deemed to have granted 1ball the right to use it.
Unauthorized use of 1ball's trademarks, brand name, or logo may result in legal action.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure: 1ball may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Upon breach of any provision of these Terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
- Where there is suspicion of financial irregularities or money laundering.
- Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
Limitation of Liability: 1ball's maximum liability for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party causes on the platform is limited. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
